Let's hope you're right. POET management should be able to concentrate on the important stuff (and staff), not needing to coach others getting their organizational homeworks done.

And I would not see 8 negative reviews out of 8 total "some disgruntled employees" yp_1. Looks like a general problem to deal with. You don't make great products with unsatisfied and ever changing staff IMHO.

Did POET buy a solution or more problems to deal with?
