FJ, that's pretty much what I said. It appears to be a strategic fit, my concern is timing and given the facts as they are today, I would hope that there is follow up news in the near term to address how these two organizations will ultimately be funded given that Denselight is currently losing money. I think the market will play on facts until such time as other facts are presented
