I don't think this commitment would have been made unless they had money coming in from NRE or potentially a stake in the company to meet POETs financial needs as they expand.

This company is growing and the key is that they have the Integrated Photonic solution that everyone needs.

POET is growing and this appears to be a very good fit for POET.
