If they had money coming in anytime soon from an NRE then they would have been better off using that for the acquisition rather then diluting shareholders further. This doesn't indicate anything about NRE anytime soon. Besides the company has specifically stated second half of the year which likely means towards the end. Don't kid yourself.
Yes they are growing, but this is not the kind of growth we were expecting for a company with such an extraordinary IP and potential. With what they have, organic growth would have offered the biggest bang. Also $2.6 million in revenue is peanuts and shows this is a fairly mickey mouse operation. I understand they didn't acquire it for that reason but still. Also reading the reviews, the facilities do not sound like they are in good shape so more money might be required in the future?
