I'm kind of wondering why anyone thinks an explanation for this volume surge needs to be forthcoming. I'm absolutely certain Noront was contacted about the trades by the Exchange. I'm also certain that their answer was acceptable to the Exchange, as we were not halted. JJ at IR had an answer at the ready for shareholders. But these transactions meet no reporting requirements, and if Noront was not involved, why should anyone explain what took place?
