The dump at 3:30 could of been a signal to the market that a selloff was coming the next days and for everyone to shore up some cash and be ready to accept these shares at a valuation that could of been worse if the shares were sold steadily starting at 9:30 all thru out the day. By signaling their intentions the day before and waking everyone up, the market was ready and purchased the remainder of the shares at a better price. Glorieux
