Huffington Post Article on ROF
TORONTO - Former Liberal leader Bob Rae says natural resource projects such as Ontario's massive Ring of Fire aren't "magic bullets" to eliminate poverty in remote Aboriginal communities.
Rae told a Toronto conference that several approaches are needed — including jobs training, education and governance — to help the resource-rich but underdeveloped areas raise themselves up..........

Re: Huffington Post Article on ROF
Never read the post/article/report/commentary or what ever 'the Huff' but did hear just the very same from other sources.
So, best I can think (it being a good Saturday evening and all) is that it is approaching the time for Cliff's to either 'Do It, or Get Off The Pot!'
What will it be Cliff's: 'Fish or Cut more Bate'?
Meaning try to follow the past sadly proven, 'ad nosium', most ineffective but supposedly 'normal' improvement curve or opt for the more tangible effective practical pragmatic incremental progressive solidly sustainable REAL improvement curve by means of actually 'DOING', and while 'on the job'!
Just two business days for making the determination on which path.

PS: Personally, I enjoy fishing - never having been on any 'POT'. But who else? Tuesday evening we all may know?

No one other than CLF's need say, nor should say, and or do, anything, publically, until the clock runs out on any possible Appeal' of the 'OM&LC' Decision.
However, it seems to be rather very clear,to myself at least, that once their is no more 'Easement Dispute' for which to create more delay, and so long as no 'Party' there after opts to place in play any other new essentially contrived 'delay tactic', the 'Economical/Efficient Access' issue can, and likely will (as in 'should') be very quickly and adequately resolved.
Not that that 'Solution' has not already been long since proposed and planned for.
Thus thereafter to be followed quickly with actual 'physical actions' beginning - in ernest too!
All the 'Big Picture' stuff suggests, to myself at least, that the 'Timing' now should be right to see this as a 'most definite go'. And as a most definite 'GO NOW' too!

But!
To save some typing and less time --- So what!!! ???

PS: There are a couple of posts in the last day or so that I would consider making comment on.
But, again, for now, at least, I have to just hold such comments - largely positive but not without critical comment either - just as such needs to be these days, in spite of requirements by some to be completely too cleverly 'astered'.
And OH!!!
It all should have been at this point 15 - 24 months ago!
But it is as it is.
