FYI - Back on Dec 6 I asked RM if there was a plan B if the PP failed. His response was _______________________ "While the company reviewed options to deal with and address the $100 million note repayment due December 23, 2011, the only path I've been advised upon is that of the announced $120 million private placement. The Company is continuing to work with the Agents, Counsel and investors on the placement. Material changes in position would be disclosed through formal public disclosure such as a press release and regulatory filing." ________________________ Reading between the lines...
