Thanks JC for reminding us that this is still contingent on us collecting the money. I was so wrapped up in the opt in process that I thought the money was already transferred into a Crystallex account until this was sorted out.

I believe that you completely miss the point here. Everyone that is still in this mess understands that there may not be any money recovered. No one has an opportunity to buy or sell shares. We sit and wait. We do our do diligence on the opt in. We hang on to a sliver of hope. It has been pointed out that you irritate many with your incessant negative posts. And yet you continue doing it. Why?

I sent a request a few days ago and just now received an email requesting more information. The tough part was typing the total number of shares owned. How stupid could I have been?!

I agree. Also, they were not too worried about any environmental issues when they were taking our money, improvements, bond, etc. If that is their argument, they are dumber than I thought, which is next to impossible.
