If the percentage is more than 50% I personally would rather go the bankruptcy route even if we get nothing. Kry has been a spec stock and a big gamble since the permit started to become a problem. I didn't stick with Kry to take pennies. Greed got me into this mess and just maybe greed will get me out.

If we wanted .50 a share we could have probably settled with VZ early on for $400 million. This would have paid off the debt give management their cut and we would have gotten a minimum .50 a share.

Come on Bob, get a decent deal done and announced for those of us who have bleed and sweated with you for many years.
