Fung stated to the judge in the beginning that he was entering the CCAA under his altruistic intentions to protect "shareholder value".

From the Conclusion in his December 22, 2011 Affidavit:

" I believe that the issuance of the initial order under the provisions of the CCAA is necessary and desireable to facilitate the prosecution of the arbitration, an orderly payment of Crystallex's debt and assurance of residual benefit to Crystallex shareholders."

It's been fun reading the conspiracy posts here that has caused the bulk of the shareholders to leave this message board in favor of a board that sticks to the facts presented. By all means carry on. I agree. It was nice reading his legal opinion on our proceedings. Although he will be missed by posters, it will by no means allow the negative comments to slip by without facts to back them up.

As history has proven people with positive attitudes live healthier and longer. I see no benefit to being negative. It won't change the outcome. My own personal conviction is that we will have a positive outcome. Too many milestones point to it. Number 1 is Tenor's financial conviction.

Pam: Many here if not all have lost considerable amounts of their investment in KRY and most can only hope to get their original dollars back in an award settlement. This dynamic has brought out the worst and the best in contributing posters and there is nothing that can be done about this. One's glass is either half full or half empty. Mine is half full.
