I think the case for an award is strong and much higher than the 600-700 million speculated here lately. Is the award going to be what we ask for, no. Will it be more than VZ wants to give, yes.

They will offer what we have spent, we will ask a little less that the amount we filed for. Somewhere in the middle is what will be settled on or awarded. I'm guessing 1.25-1.75 Billion.

I think it is being manipulated. I don't know how or why, but when someone put in an ask lower, they would drop theirs just below and start the sales angain every 15 seconds. It was all at the ask so I don't believe that it is someone disgusted with the CEO. Never was a bid at the amount.
