Great post no_bear, but why do you assume any dilution when we have been told that we have ample funds to go to Arbitration?

I don't see any further dilution if we can make a deal with the Noteholders whereby we give them additional payment from the Arbitration award, for having them hang in there with us

So, get KRY into a skeleton crew and wait for Arbitration. And would we still need R.Fung?
