CJR, I totally agree. Without financing there is no arbitration. Unfortunate, as we have a big pot of gold at the end of the rainbow, the problem is getting there. I think that we can get financing but it could cost us 350 million shares, which is why I am thinking that we could have 100% dilution, cutting shareholder returns by half.

And I agree that at least for now, Fung has done nothing and that any of the Agoracom board members could run this company through arbitration cheaper and better than Fung. I want to see some value added from his position, not a constant demand for options.
