jc, i would have thought the noteholder suit would be recieved worse than the delisting. the delisting imo was a foregone conclusion. the suit suprised me...i figured there would'nt be time for them to push the issue before the notes were due.

kinda looks like folks have resigned themselves to either good news or BK but they are gonna stick it out either way.
