I too am ultimately responsible for my decisions.  I hate investing so much time and money and making the right valuation decision only to be blindsided by unimaginable, bizarre, stranger-than-fiction failiures to perform and account by mgmt.

So I suppose you are suggesting that it is naive to expect people like Elmer Stewart, Ernesto Escavarria, Don Lindsay & Dr. Kevil to honour their own words and do what they officially proclaim they will fiduciarily do for shareholders?  Maybe you are right and I am naive to expect them to show accountabillity to fiduciary duty and guidance and also be forthright about their shortcomings and mistakes?  I'm really not sure anymore.   You could be right.
