You know, Ernesto (or maybe you don't). To Actively SELL. I mean:
effectively ENHANCE the value of the asset with your efforts vs constantly decreasing it with your efforts,
honorably DO what you said you would do vs cancel value development and withhold information from SHs as to why,
passionately PROMOTE the value of the asset to the market, you know, actually pick up the phone and call a prospect!
thoroughly DISMANTLE objections to your valuation/price vs waiting for spot prices to prove your 50-yr-mine value case and hence missing out on an entire commodity cycle for it.
And REPEAT !!
