Teck always had and has the final say regardless of which agreement Salazar or the JV ,they Always had the right to back in for 25,50 or 75% they chose 75% which was their right so it was and is up to Teck when they will move on SC.

Not selling mine until we are well north of a dollar and tendering my shares after a buyout of the whole company. That's what I think will happen. I believe Teck will buy us out and then sell a % of their chosing to a partner. I'm sure Teck will be very interested in Eaglehead as well and if Arizona dose not fit their plan they will sell it and make money.

Things are all lining up going in the right direction this time,copper price .70 higher than last year,Teck trading at around $35 and billions more in market cap and other miners are not trading at historic lows again and are in a hell of a better financial situation than last year and hopefully we get a finality to the optimization results in the coming months. The previous times there was no way in hell that anything would of happened with where the the markets where for all we know the results where ready last year but Teck and or a partners where in no situation to act,this year totally different story.
