Don't bother with this 'back-side smoke', explorationguy. And good to see another grizzled veteran still chiming in from time to time.

It doesn't matter what any pre-JV agreements called for. The JV agreement Copper Fox buckled to is a clean slate with no links, obligations to, or encumbrances from, any previous agreements including the Salazar agreement (that was promoted by CF only to be trashed without explanation).
