Compare it to this hypothetical scenario. My neighbour, a widow, has a mint 1961 Ferrari 250 GT sitting in her garage. She has agreed to sell it to me at a price 1-10th it's value. Do you think I am going to run an ad (seen by the world) to ask what it is worth? Answer is no. Patience is a must! GLTA UET
