You have to ask yourself 1) would a 65% insider controlled company want to leave ANY money on the table in regards to the value of their asset and leave it up to the market to interpret the value according to a BFS that seems to leave a ton of value out UNLESS it was structured in that manner to give an advantage or first option to a company purposely because of a pre-existing agreement 2) you can unlock the potential of a large increase in share price and market focus with a professional well structured PR if the company the original BFS was structured for DOESN'T follow through on the original agreement 3) spend some more money to prove up the "waste" area with the rest of the private placement funds that weren't utilized last time Just sayin........................
