If all the complainers want to do something useful, start organizing a proxy vote;

Is it just a coincidence that Gloria has asked for us to support her/bod until after it is too late to submit shareholder nominees for the bod? I don't think it is a coincidence and would agree to support an initiative to submit a shareholder representative to challenge the weakest link on the bod - Gloria.

I agree that bashing the bod is useless and we need to take action. The only viable short-term solution to this problem is to nominate one of our own to challenge whomever the weakest link on the current board happens to be.
