Goodness, what a rant; too bad you missed the point of SGE's posts. As one who has bellyached as much as anyone about the BoD in the past, I have to repeat SGE's question: why now? If the SP stays at 14 cents after the MMP has successfully negotiated all roadblocks put up by anonymously requested re-exams at the USPTO, then you'll have a reason to complain. So will I. So will SGE. That's all he's asking. Why now? If all the complainers want to do something useful, start organizing a proxy vote; that makes much more sense than continually and pointlessly bleating on here about stuff we've all known for years.
