I would like the OS reduced as well but see no good way of making a substantial dent before the PPS would get too high.

An announcement that the MMP revenues would be distributed to shareholders would surely send the stock higher and I would think we would see a return to the days when the SP would respond nicely to good news in the form of license announcements. I have zero confidence that the BoD would bank the money wisely or spend it wisely so I think a redistribution is the best ticket to getting the PPS where we would like to see it.
