I agree for as little as that is worth. But for a long time I felt share buy back was most important. Get those outstanding shares down at least 100 M. If you could get down 200 M GREAT. All the better.

And a nice quarterly dividend of 1 to 5 cents (depending on settlements that quarter) would be nice. Take lower settlements in exchange for royalty payments to help extend our revenue stream.???

Back seat quarterbacking is the best because you dont have the pressure. As much as I have complained about our BOD (because I think they failed), I do want to believe they are learning and trying and WILL take us to the promised land. They need some help though.
