I think we are agreed there...what I mean to say in my point 4. is that no regular dividend would be declared until sufficient dent was put into the OS...once it is reduced then declare it as a regular dividend. Announcing before that...would be more like an annoucment of a GOAL of the business as a future business target...that might raise it too but either way I 'd hold off any divies till the OS was reduced substanially and our coffers had another 25-30MM+ in them.
