As I responded to Beantown..if the buyback shot the price up and lessened our total buyback opportunity at a smaller price, then so be it...I'll take the increase in the PPS that it could cause....it would keep the OS above 200MM and cost us more than 16MM in divies a year but the PPS increase would help offset some of that....plus it they got revenue faster than we expect and held on to it we could buy that back in one year maybe (4 qrts) and get to our goals quicker.

The other thing is it is a business plan we could communicate openly too.
