in response to Get Irie's message

Thank you for the very informative piece. But how am I incorrect regarding Schwab needing my permission to lend my stocks? My question to them was: "Can you lend my Omagine stock to short sellers without my permission?". He put me on hold to get the answer and came back with "No" ... see my earlier comment for details.

So is there another way they could lend my shares without my permission? Please advise so I can, if necessary, shut that hole in my portfolio. Thanks!
