Is there a date that Omagine must complete phase 1 before the land reverts back to the government. Also is there going to be a stockholder meeting this year

Thank you --therefore no accounting firm can book any value until the minimum build obligation is completed .Right now the land has a value of Zero since we have no right to sell .

Just took a point to clear up the land valuation. If Omagine is unable to get financing in order to complete the project or even start a project does the company have the right to sell the land

Has a date been selected for the shareholder meeting --I would like to make travel plans asap

It is important that many of us should be there in December for the shareholder meeting. We can ask the tough questions and not have Agoracom monitor and delete some tough questions.The meeting will be in the USA and we certainly do have freedom of speech
