I read it that DRA's comment wasn't so much on the ROF infastructure issue as about dealing with First Nations in mine development permitting. EVERY mining project on crown land now faces the reality of dealing with FN consultation as they move through the permitting phase.
If the framework for negotiating with Constance Lake emerges from the greater Mattawa Regional Framework I'm all for it. We or the future owners of Albany will find ourselves in negotiations with The FNs as we move through permitting. It is the New Reality of the Canadian resource sector. Anything that makes it easier or more predictable the better. I thought the post was insightful.
