in response to Tidal Pool's message

I'm glad to see TidalPool referencing the disclosure with respect to the agreement in place with Constance Lake FN. The exploration permit that ZEN required to conduct their drill programs required proof of such an agreement. And, the agreement expires on publication of the PEA.

Any further work towards feasibility will inevitably require some ground disturbance, for engineering assessments. A new agreement with the FN will be a requirement for that work. The Mining Act requires written consent from the FN impacted by the proposed work.

I, personally, am delighted to learn that there will be a three-party announcement at PDAC. I am delighted to learn that the years of negotiations between the feds, Ontario, and the FNs is finally bearing fruit. That is indeed a fortuitous development for many companies, including ZEN. The timing couldn't be better, in fact.
