Re: Seeking Alpha article

Just more flake graphite losers who now appear particularly desparate especially with the news this week that Albany graphite is superior in making graphene and the best graphite the researchers at Ben Gurion University (Isreal) have ever tested and the recent news from Ballard Power Systems that Albany graphite has the best thermal properties that they have ever tested. JMO but there are dozens of flake graphite explores out there, but only one hydrothermal deposit. ZEN's Albany deposit is different, the physical properties are different and it has superior properties for a wide range of new and high value uses. It will be worth more than any other graphite possible including Sri Lanka vein, which you can buy online for $42,350 per metric ton (and it is only 96% pure).

Re: Positive results from Ben-Gurion University

So now we have two highly regarded independent testing entities one commerical and one academic saying that ZEN's graphite is not only unique geologically but also physically. Ballard says the graphite is suitable for fuel cells and has heat tolerance that it has not observed in other graphites which it has tested in the past, presumably even synthetic. This will be a very important property for battery, fuel cell and nuclear use as well as a range of other types of uses. Ben Guirion University researchers say that the graphite exibits the best conversion to graphene nano-particles they have observed in a natural sample. Graphene nano particles can be purchase at the Graphene Superstore on line for a mere $US 450 per 100 g or $US 4.5 million per metric ton. BG researchers also said that the yield was exceptionally high for ZEN graphite using a sonication method to produce the graphene! Even if the yield is 1 or 2% we are looking at pricing that is 7-15 times higher than ZEN has projected in the PEA!

ZEN is not only developing a resource but it is reshaping the fields of graphite and graphene.

Re: AGM

Well there is no need for a vote of confidence by anyone to exercise $0.60 options with a share price of $1.30. They will be exercised because they are $0.70 in the money. Even if they are exercised and the holders sell them or part of the the shares to pay taxes, there is no issue. All it would show if they were not exercised would be a lack of financial savey which I am sure is not the case for either AE or TM.

Re: CO2 emission rules in the EU

Good point but I wouldn't put too much stock in the EU. You can be sure Renault and Fiat will not be able to meet those standards and the Germans will find a way. Which will mean that the standards will have to be changed or the deadline moved forward. Soak the Germans then move the goal posts this is an old game in the EU.
