Trader- There are no passengers here. You have a voice and are entitled to use it. You can vote and or bring a rope to the AGM. IMO these bone heads need to get to work selling our products and not pre occupy themselves with diluting shareholders, floating dead beats endless options and otherwise lining their pockets. It was obvious last week that the share consolidation was about to be announced and there should be a full scale securities investigation. These so called managers are no better than fleas on a dog's back.
If they would get to work and manage this company we would already be Nasdag listed.
All you management lovers are going to watch you investment be downgraded next week. They said they didn,t care about the share price and boy did they get that right. If they had checked the full warrants and endless options they would not need consolidation. As for our new Board member- Seems like sitting on multiple boards is a conflict of interest. Is he really working for Poet?
