I may be persuaded to vote yes for a reverese split if the company was willing to include provision that no Options, private placements, or secondaries would be offered untill they did a forward split back to these levels. But they will never agree to that because the goal is dilution, in my opinion. Ifbit wasnt then include this one provision and I will vote yes.
