This stick was at 20 cents for long and the company didn't do reverse split.. If they have done reverse split when the SP was at 20cents then I would say that would be a bad move..
I have seen companies announced possible reverse split but they had never done it after releasing couple of deal news... So the same situation is possible with PTK..
Possible news prior to AGM:
1. IR detector deal with BAE
2. Long term Deal with PDA partner
3. P2 valuation report
We are in 3rd quarter: if the PTK want to achieve revenue recognition by end of year then they have to have a deal as soon as possible..
