Will be many interesting speculations on what is going on here, on this site, during our golf tourney tommorrow and in the evening at dinner.

My personal feeling is NOT/Board was approached unofficially by an unknown source...unofficially, meaning verbal discussions and unknown to us meaning just that but a major known to insiders only. An offer was discussed verbally, trying for mutual agreement on a proposed transaction, which was probably rejected as an oppurtunistic, unacceptable low ball variety.

I believe the company now thinks it may come Hostile over the next few days...
