You are correct...No Formal Offer as of the NR, friendly or hostile...

This does not mean the company has not been engaged in discussions with a possible suitor(s) and now expectations have heightened to where our board now considers it probable or possible for an unsolicited formal offer.

Even this is speculation on my part but for sure something has changed managements perspective.
