Great work all of you, anyone of your arguments can be construed as justification against the false information disseminated in the Rosseau Proxy.

Before submitting anything material to OSC, consultation with RN and Management is a must!

If we already have the upperhand, we would not want to see Regulators stepping in postponing and/or delaying the AGM.

I sure wouldn't want to see a continuation of this proxy battle in another month or 3 months time, allowing the opposition time to reorganize.
