To oppose my previous post and pose another possibility, owing to the N.R. comment about the companies working together. It is feasible that relations/JV's have been formed, unknown to us, whereby the carrying out of a sale of NOT would be quite complicated as NOT's interests may be bound up with other companies. This would entail Rosseau taking a considerable length of time in order to either strike deals with the others or maneuvre into taking them over. Provided they've actually been working to prove up resources while skulking around, the sp should respond in a more pleasant market. The former is certainly pure speculation. Too little is known at present, though we may find out more in the next two weeks.
