Would never work, Sag. The shareholders of each company would have to vote in favour and there isn't enough time. However, we may be missing something. If Rousseau is successful they will be at odds with the other companies due to some board members from Noront being on the boards of friendly neihbours. The harmony of them working together would be lost and at a very bad time. RN and his group must have some idea about how much support Rousseau has. This makes it very important that Noront can get the vote out. RN did express some concern early on. The vote at the last annual meeting was 32 shareholders. That indicates a lot of indifference. I'm hopeful that has changed. It will be disasterous if Rousseau succeeds in stealing the company. It's that plain. They are opportunists taking advantage of beaten down stock prices, hoping impatient Noront investors will support them. Noront will lose a lot of respect in the mining community if Rousseau wins, and that will not bode well for us. Our future is much brighter with our present leadership. They are well respected in the mining community, they know better than anyone what we have, how to manage and exploit it. There will be much more co-operation with the neighbouring companies. We must succeed in controlling our company and keeping it in friendly hands........
