I am sure RN knew of the 'takeover' attempt well before us and he and Mac, being friends, have some plans to avert such a take over. Joining forces could be in their thinking. I asked Mac two weeks ago if they had a 'poison pill' or 'shareholder's rights' plan in place. He said that they didn't because they were not very effective in most cases. I don't know if an amalgamation of the two companies has to be voted upon by the shareholders or not. It would sure dilute the shares and keep Rousseau away.Shaquille
