Very well said, Sag. And a scenario that I am sure RN is looking at.

While a spin off would increase the SP short term, It doesn't really add value to the company in the long term. If it takes five years for mcfaulds to mature, they will have to finance it for that term, and what better way than from positive cash flow.

In the beginnings RN stated that the goal here was to get it to the point where a major wanted it, and then sell. Lately, with the additions they have made in terms of human resources, it would seem they are preparing for the long haul. Management, for sure, does not seem to want to push up to a double digit SP and flip it, as many here are waiting to do.
