Copper Fox Metals Inc.

Majority of us didn't invest in this company for Arizona. They invested it for a liquidity event on the SC property. Perhaps it may lead to more overall dollars in the future, but most would rather their money now so they could invest it in other opportunities, or atleast choose if they would like to invest in Arizona. Time value of money. Opportunity cost. Blah blah blah.

I personally don't doubt that there's value in the new deal or in Arizona - but that wasn't why I invested in the first place. My dollars are being diverted for a thesis I didn't care about.
