It is my understanding that there were approximately 1,000,000 Warrants out there that could be exercised at .45 (as of a couple days ago)... what is important is that I believe that the timeline on these Warrants require that they are exercised (cash transfered, market processed, etc.) by the 21st of October...which means that so not to risk losing those warrants people holding those warrants will want to exercise them this week or at the absolute latest early next week(albeit risky) to ensure that the transaction is completed.

It is important to understand that...some will exercise thier warrants for cash in thier pockets which is very simple...however some may not have cash on hand to exercise those warrants and will in turn sell some currently held shares at +/- 2.05 and then use the cash raised to exercise those warrants at .45.

So if in the coming days you see some selling from insiders who hold warrants...this is almost certainly what is happening IMO
