None of the new warrants have been exercised to my knowledge. The info on Canadian Insider means that the shares were paid for on that day and RECORDED. The warrants on that day were RECORDED, not exercised. When ever warrants or options are EXERCISED, the word EXERCISED shows up beside them. The 393k or so .45 warrants were EXERCISED, hence labled this.

It could be considered a good thing seeing directors paying for these shares at this price, like Duncan and Kulwant. They took money DIRECTLY out of their pockets to buy these, therefore they must think it would be a good investment.

On your buy out theory, don,t get over enthused yet. We have no way of knowing that a deal is in the works, only some mere speculation. Things may be looking that way, BUT we might be reading the signs wrong.
