I would like to share a theory of mine for everybody to dissect. The fact that the sli staff excersized some of the warrants at $2.10 today would give us a hint to what might be actually happening. IMO the deal is done and we wont here the results first. The way I see it they have no reason to do this unless the deal is done. If they released the results and the stock went up to $45 because of the news they would still be able to buy at $2.10 . The reason to buy them now would mean the news release would indicate we have been bought out and the deals is done.
