I certainly understand your viewpoint and hope we can exercise/muster that type of response with this verdict now in hand. I'm no attorney, but we all know precedent can be good and bad. I'm just trying to figure out what that means for us? As Ron stated a few weeks ago, HTC has made no secret of their discontent for patent licensing firms. It will be interesting to see if they purchase an additional license or put up more resistance. Trust me, I'm all for the former, not the latter. We've all been waiting a LONG time for this day! I'm wondering if we'll file an appeal with the ITC or count our blessing and press on?
