....if the jury still seems to discuss the claim construction - and didn't come to a conclusion after one day!...

may be they all realized AFTER a lot of discussion, that they need to go back to the claim construction, in order to find guidance for their decision?

So they went back and asked for a clear input, stick to judge grewels instruction or weaken the language. (Think about meetings, and how long people just discuss issues over and over again.....!)

This is my take, AND still confident FOR a PTSC win.
