The question I have is what does that mean specifically, "failed to reach a verdict." Do they need to reach a verdict on all the items to be checked off? Do they not agree on infringement in general? Do they agree on infringment on claim 6 but not 13? Do they disagree on inducement? Do they disagree on wilfulness? Could it be any combination of the above, meaning they agree on infringment but not on inducement? Or any other combination? Another day of this ... Remarkable! Lastly, do you know if the jury sent out any questions around 12:30pm Pacific time?
