I recall we were about to go to trial when TPL settled with J3. Did DL settled just because we had an issue with Claim 29 of '584 and he was afraid that was enough to possibly lose the trial?

Hopefully, there was more to it then just this one claim problem. If not, my concern would be if a similar situation occurs this time where we win all MH claim contentions except one, we'll be going down the same path to a trial months away then settling for peanuts.

I'd appreciate some feedback why we wait.
